General
DoorKnockers is an AI-powered property management service for landlords in Southwest Florida. Instead of managing every tenant message, maintenance call, and rent follow-up yourself, DoorKnockers handles it — triaging issues, dispatching vetted vendors, and keeping you in the loop without doing the work.
We cover five counties across Southwest Florida: Hillsborough, Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Sarasota — that's Tampa down to Naples. We maintain a vetted vendor directory specific to each county so the right contractor is always within range.
Three tiers based on your portfolio size: Starter at $79/month for up to 10 units, Growth at $149/month for 11–35 units, and Portfolio at $249/month for 36–75 units. No setup fees, no per-message charges.
Yes — 14 days, full access to your selected tier. No credit card required to start. If it's not working for you, cancel before day 14 and you owe nothing.
Properties & Tenants
Property setup lives in the landlord dashboard (Phase 2 rollout). You'll add your units, tenant contacts, lease dates, and county info through a simple form. Takes about 15 minutes for a typical portfolio. Demo landlord access is available now.
Tenants use a dedicated tenant portal (Phase 3) to submit maintenance requests, payment confirmations, and general questions — no phone tag, no lost emails. Every submission gets triaged by DoorKnockers AI and routed appropriately.
Always. You have final say over every vendor decision. DoorKnockers recommends based on your preferences, county coverage, and the urgency of the issue — but you can override, swap, or decline any dispatch through your dashboard.
For health and safety issues (gas, water, HVAC in summer, electrical), DoorKnockers auto-dispatches from the vetted local directory immediately and notifies you at the same time — no waiting for your approval on critical issues.
Payments & Billing
After your 14-day free trial. You'll enter payment details before trial end if you want to continue — we don't charge anything until the trial closes. If you don't add a card, the account simply stays on the free trial without billing.
Rent payments via Stripe are coming in Phase 3. Right now DoorKnockers focuses on tenant communications and maintenance coordination. You'll be notified when the payment feature launches.
Getting Started
Signup takes about 2 minutes. Adding properties and tenant contacts takes another 10–15 minutes through the landlord dashboard. You can start before all units are entered — DoorKnockers handles what you add when you add it.
No. DoorKnockers handles payments directly — you don't need to set up or maintain a Stripe account. When rent payments launch in Phase 3, DoorKnockers manages the full payment flow on your behalf.
